We offer FREE SHIPPING on all retail orders over $199 USD for customers in the USA and Canada. Please note that international shipping rates apply where applicable. This promotion applies to standard shipping methods and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Standard Shipping Rates
For orders under $199, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping
International shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on your destination country, package weight and dimensions, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
International Standard shipping typically takes 10-21 business days, while International Express (where available) takes 5-10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important: Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees accurately due to varying regulations across different countries. Additional charges may be required upon delivery for orders shipped outside of the United States. These charges are not included in product price or shipping costs, and packages may be delayed by customs processing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend checking with your local customs office for specific requirements.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package throughout the delivery process.
EESystem™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses or contact information provided at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement once the claim is verified. Please include photos of any damage when submitting your claim. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be subject to restocking fees. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers will be charged for reshipping.
Product-Specific Shipping Information
Each item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please note that our jewelry is made with natural stones, which may vary slightly in color, shape, or appearance from product images. Some stones may have minor natural imperfections that do not affect the quality or integrity of the product. While the bio-scalar charge lasts indefinitely, our eemedallions and eebracelets (being natural stone) can chip or break if dropped, so please handle with care.
Returns & Exchanges
